Family-owned since 1988

Two generations, one oven, plenty of flour.

Sal and Rosemarie Mastrovalle opened the doors after Sal spent ten years making trays in Old Forge. Their son Joe grew up folding boxes in the back.

A place with a memory

Joe took over the ovens in 2011. Rosemarie still handles dessert Thursday.

“On a Friday night nobody calls to ask what's good. They call to ask how long. So we tell you the real time, and we keep it.”
